Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping quotes apply to the lower 48 states.  Alaska and Hawaii will have a surcharge added.  Charges are applied per address.  Some larger and or heavier items may require a delivery surcharge in addition to the estimated shipping charge.  Please contact us with any questions regarding shipping charges.   We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes,  APO addresses or foreign countries. Most items ship within 2-3 days.  Special order items will take longer for delivery. If you have specific delivery requests please give me a jingle. Items can be picked up by appointment only from our warehouse, as we do not have a retail outlet at this time.  Most items ship via FedEx ground, some larger items may come by motor freight.

Returns and Exchanges: To return or exchange an item, include original receipt, and ship the item prepaid, in original condition to: vintage at heart returns, 10411 South State Highway 205, Rockwall, TX 75032.  We accept returns for up to 5 days from receipt of merchandise. Use a traceable and insured shipping method (vintage at heart is not responsible for items not received) Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on customized pieces. Depending on your order, a restocking fee may apply. All sales final on vintage riddling racks.

Things to Remember; Due to my pieces being handcrafted from spent wine barrels they will vary from piece to piece. No two are alike! I try my best to keep them in their original state as much as possible.
